Functions

derive_parameters(filnames, nm, Rs_PDF, Ms_PDF, ...)	Derive the parameters from the input values and return them as PDFs.
dyn_summary(res, out_folder, ns_type)	Return a formatted string giving a quick summary
get_AIC_BIC(npar, ndata, chi2, out_folder)	Calculate AIC and BIC values from the chi2, number of parameters and data points.
get_PDF_Gauss(cen, sig1, sig2, dim)	Generate a Gaussian PDF with the given center and sigmas.
gr_print(jnames, GRvals, out_folder)	Print the Gelman-Rubin values to a file.
mcmc_outputs(posterior, jnames, ijnames, njnames, ...)	Function to write out the medians, best values and distributions of the jump parameters
