   calculate log probability and create output file of full model calculated using posterior parameters

   :param args: contains various config parameters to use in mode calculation

   :param t: user-defined time array at which to evaluate the model, by default None
   :type t: array, optional
   :param make_outfile: whether to make the output  model file "*out.dat". by default False
   :type make_outfile: bool, optional
   :param verbose: whether to print out information during function call, by default False
   :type verbose: bool, optional
   :param debug: see debug statements, by default False
   :type debug: bool, optional
   :param get_planet_model: flag to output dictionary of planet model results (phot and RV) for specific input parameters.

   :param get_base_model: flag to output dictionary of baseline model results (phot and RV) for specific input parameters.

   :param out_folder: folder to save output files, by default ""
